गुरुकुल तक्षशिला के अनिवार्य नियम

1.मेरा बेटा नियमित रूप से गुरुकुल आएगा और गुरुकुल तक्षशिला, अहमदपुर-रसीना (कैथल) हरियाणा में रहकर पढ़ाई करेगा व गुरुकुल के सभी नियमों का पालन करेगा।My son will come to Gurukul regularly and will study in Gurukul takshshila, Ahmedpur-Rasina (Kaithal) Haryana and will follow all the rules of Gurukul Takshshila.
2. प्रवेश के समय अथवा प्रवेश के बाद माता-पिता/ अभिभावकों द्वारा उपलब्ध करवाए गए किसी भी दस्तावेज, अर्थात आयु प्रमाण पत्र, स्कूल छोड़ने का प्रमाण पत्र और स्कूल स्वास्थ्य रिकॉर्ड में कोई भी प्रॉब्लम होने पर अभिभावक/माता-पिता ही जिम्मेदार होंगे। The parents/guardians will be responsible for any problem in the documents provided by the parents/guardians at the time of admission or after admission, i.e. age certificate, school leaving certificate and school health record.
3.माता-पिता/ अभिभावक बच्चे की सही मेडिकल रिपोर्ट देने के लिए बाध्य होंगे। Parents/guardians will be obliged to give the correct medical report of the child.
4.माता-पिता /अभिभावक मोबाइल फोन रिसेप्शन एरिया से आगे नहीं ले जा सकते। Parents/guardians cannot take mobile phones beyond the reception area.
5. माता-पिता /अभिभावकों को एक बार विजिट के बाद होस्टल में जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। Parents/guardians will not be allowed to visit again in the hostel after the visit once.
6. माता-पिता/अभिभावकों को अपने बच्चे को छोड़कर किसी भी अन्य बच्चे अथवा अन्य बच्चों से मिलने की अनुमति नहीं देता। Gurukul Takshshila doesn’t allow parents/guardians to meet any other child or children other than their own child.
7. गुरुकुल तक्षशिला में माता-पिता /अभिभावकों के रात रूकने की अनुमति नहीं देता और ना ही कोई अन्य व्यवस्था करने की जिम्मेदारी लेता है। Gurukul takshshila not allow overnight stay of parents/guardians in Gurukul takshshila nor does it take the responsibility of making any other arrangements.
8. गुरुकुल तक्षशिला ब्रह्मचारियों की सुरक्षा कारणों से शाम होने के बाद (आपातकालीन स्थिति को छोड़) गुरुकुल तक्षशिला परिसर में परिवेश की अनुमति नहीं देगा। विजिट का समय सोमवार से शनिवार सुबह 10:00 बजे से दोपहर 2:00 तक होगा) रविवार को माता-पिता / अभिभावकों को गुरुकुल तक्षशिला आने की अनुमति नहीं देता। Due to safety reasons of Brahmacharis, Gurukul takshshila will not allow to visit in the premises after evening (except in case of emergency). Visiting timings will be from Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Parents/Guardians are not allowed to visit Gurukul takshshila on Sundays.
9. किसी भी खेल में भाग लेने के माता-पिता / अभिभावकों को इस बात को ध्यान में रखकर लिखित में अनुमति देनी होगी कि खेल में चोट आ जाना स्वाभाविक है। गुरुकुल तक्षशिला हर प्रकार से ब्रह्मचारियों की सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखता है और जिम्मेदार भी रहता है।Parents/guardians must give written permission to participate in any sport keeping in mind that injuries are natural in sports. Gurukul takshshila takes care of the safety of the celibates in every way and also remains responsible.
10. माता-पिता / अभिभावक अपने बेटे को खेलों में भाग लेने तथा खेलने के लिए गुरुकुल तक्षशिला से बाहर भेजने का (अगर भेजना चाहते हैं तो) सहमति प्रपत्र प्रवेश के समय देना होगा। Parents/guardians will have to give the consent form at the time of admission to send their son out of Gurukul takshshila to participate in sports and play (if they want to send them).
11. PTM के बिना अगर माता-पिता/ अभिभावक कोई गुरुकुल तक्षशिला द्वारा निर्धारित खाने-पीने अथवा पहनने का समान देने आते हैं तो मुख्य गेट पर ब्रह्मचारी का नाम, कक्षा इत्यादि लिखकर जमा करवाकर जा सकेंगे। Without PTM, if parents/guardians come to any Gurukul takshshila to give food items or wearable items, then they will be able to handover the items after writing the name, class, section of the celibate and can handover at the main gate.
12. गुरुकुल तक्षशिला की विभिन्न गतिविधियों का कैलेंडर सभी माता-पिता / अभिभावकों से शेयर किया जाता है। Annual activities calendar will be shared with the parents after confirmation of the admission.
13. गुरुकुल तक्षशिला परिसर में टाइटी / स्पॉट्र व किसी भी प्रकार का सिंथेटिक एंडरगारमेंट पहनने की अनुमति नहीं देता। Gurukul takshshila does not allow wearing of tighties/spotters and any kind of synthetic undergarment in the premises.
14. माता-पिता/ अभिभावक गुरुकुल तक्षशिला द्वारा निर्धारित PTM की तिथि पर ही अपने बेटे से मिलने आने को प्राथमिकता देंगे। किसी भी प्रकार की व्यस्तता होने के कारण PTM की बजाए किसी अन्य दिन आने के लिए पहले अनुमति 7419192932 / 7419192938 के माध्यम से लेनी होगी।Parents/guardians can meet their son only on PTM scheduled by Gurukul takshshila. Due to any kind of busy schedule to come on any other day instead of PTM, parents/guardians will have to be taken permission by calling on 7419192932 / 7419192938 numbers.
15. PTM में आने का उद्देश्य अध्यापकों व खेल प्रशिक्षकों से मिलना रखना होना चाहिए ना कि बच्चे को फोन देना अथवा बच्चे को बाहर लेकर जाने की अनुमति माँगना। The purpose of coming to PTM should be to meet teachers and sports coaches and not to give mobile to the child or ask for permission to take the child outing.
16. किसी भी ब्रह्मचारी का निम्न कारणों से प्रवेश रद्द किया जा सकता है Admission of any Brahmachari can be canceled for the following reasons:-
(i) किसी भी परीक्षा मेंअनुपस्थित रहना। Become absent in any examination.
(ii) अन्य छात्रों से पैसे/ वस्तु माँगने पर। On asking for money/things from other students.
(iii) गुरुकुल तक्षशिला के नियमों की अवमानना पर। On contempt of the rules of Gurukul takshshila.
(iv) गुरुकुल तक्षशिला के किसी ब्रह्मचारी से लड़ाई या झगड़ा। Fight or quarrel with any Brahmachari of Gurukul takshshila.
(v) गुरुकुल की संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुँचाना। Causing damage to Gurukul property.
(vi) कोई भी शब्द या कार्य जिससे संस्थान की प्रतिष्ठा को नुकसान पहुँचता हो।Any word or action which harms the reputation of the Institute.
(vii) किसी भी रूप में धमकाना अथवा रैगिंग करना। Bullying or ragging in any form.
(viii) धूम्रपान, शराब और अन्य मादक पदार्थों का उपयोग। Smoking, use of alcohol and other intoxicants.
17. गुरुकुल तक्षशिला छात्रावास में द्वारा प्रतिबंधित खाने-पीने का कोई सामान, नकदी, बिजली का सामान या कोई अन्य महंगी वस्तु नहीं लेकर आएगा। Do not bring any food items, cash, electrical items or any other expensive item prohibited by Gurukul Takshshila
18. माता-पिता/अभिभावक गुरुकुल तक्षशिला द्वारा निर्धारित PTM की तिथि पर अपने बेटे से मिलने आ सकेंगे। Parents/Guardians will be able to come to meet their son on the PTM, scheduled by Gurukul takshshila.
19. बच्चे को गुरुकुल में पहली बार छोड़ने पर पहले पंद्रह दिन बाद बात करवायी जायेगी और PTM पर ही मिलने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।
20. एक बार बच्चे के एडजस्ट हो जाने पर माता पिता या अभिभावक रविवार को छोड़कर अन्य किसी भी दिन सुबह 10:00 बजे से दोपहर 2:00 बजे के बीच (महीने में एक बार) अपने बच्चे से मिलने आ सकेंगे। Once the child has adjusted, parents or guardians will be able to visit their child on any day except Sundays between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (once a month).
21. यदि छात्र स्कूल अधिकारियों की पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के बिना गुरुकुल स्कूल परिसर छोड़ देता है अथवा बिना बताए कहीँ चला जाता है, तो गुरुकुल तक्षशिला किसी भी तरह से उसकी सुरक्षा के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। If a student leaves the Gurukul Takshshila school premises without prior written permission of the school authorities or goes somewhere without informing, Gurukul takshshila will not be responsible in any way for his safety.
22. यदि बच्चा बिना बताये गुरुकुल तक्षशिला से चला जाता है अथवा बिना लिखित अनुमति के गुरुकुल तक्षशिला परिसर छोड़ देता है, तो गुरुकुल तक्षशिला स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन में एफआईआर दर्ज करा सकता है। If the child leaves Gurukul takshshila without informing or leaves Gurukul takshshila premises without written permission, Gurukul takshshila can lodge an FIR in the local police station.
23. ग्रीष्मकालीन अथवा शीतकालीन अवकाश के दौरान मैं अपने बेटे को स्वयं या प्रतिनियुक्त संरक्षकर्ता कार्ड धारक ही ले जा सकेगा। During summer or winter holidays, only the card holder can take my son himself or a deputed guardian.
24. अगर किसी कारणवश प्रवेश रद्द करवाना पड़ता है तो फीस की वापसी गुरुकुल तक्षशिला की फीस प्रकिया के अनुसार होगी। एक बार एडमिशन होने पर प्रवेश शुल्क, तीन महीने की ट्यूशन फीस, एक महीने की मेस फीस, एक महीने की हास्टल फीस काट कर बची हुई राशि वापिस बैंक खाते में डाल दी जाएगी (किताब व गुरुकुल की निर्धारित वर्दी एक बार प्रयोग कर लिए जाने वापिस नहीं की जा सकेगी)। If for any reason the admission has to be cancelled, the fee will be refunded as per the fee procedure of Gurukul takshshila. Once the admission is done, after deducting the admission fee, three months tuition fee, one month mess fee, one month hostel fee, the remaining amount will be deposited back into the bank account (books and prescribed uniform of Gurukul will be used once can’t t be returned).
25. मेस में खाना गुरुकुल तक्षशिला द्वारा निर्धारित मेन्यू अनुसार ही बनेगा, माता-पिता या अभिभावक अपनी इच्छानुसार कोई भी परिवर्तन नहीं करवा सकते। Food in the mess will be prepared as per the menu prescribed by Gurukul takshshila, parents or guardians cannot make any changes as per their wish.

गुरुकुल तक्षशिला के बोर्डिंग के नियम Boarding Rules of Gurukul Takshshila.
सभी ब्रह्मचारियों से विद्यालय के निम्नलिखित नियमों का पालन करने की अपेक्षा की जाती है;-
1.ब्रह्मचारियों को हर समय अनुशासित, सभ्य और शालीन रहना होगा।Brahmacharis must remain disciplined, civilized and courteous at all times.
2. ब्रह्मचारियों को हर समय और सभी स्थानों पर अच्छे शिष्टाचार और सुसंस्कृत व्यवहार का अभ्यास करना होगा। Brahmacharis have to practice good manners and cultured behavior at all times and at all places.
3. ब्रह्मचारियों को स्कूल जाते समय, खेल अवधि के दौरान और अन्य गतिविधियों में केवल निर्धारित वर्दी व साफ-सुथरे कपड़े पहनने होंगे। Brahmacharis will have to wear only the prescribed uniform and clean clothes while going to school, during sports periods and in other activities.
4. ब्रह्मचारियों को अपने दोस्तों, सहपाठियों और स्टाफ के सदस्यों का सम्मान करना चाहिए। Celibates should respect their friends, classmates and staff members.
5.गुरुकुल व अन्य सार्वजनिक समारोहों में भाग लेते समय, ब्रह्मचारियों को इस तरह से आचरण करना चाहिए जिससे संस्था को श्रेय मिले। While attending Gurukul and other public functions, celibates should conduct themselves in a manner that brings credit to the institution.
6.जब किसी समारोह में राष्ट्रगान बजाया जा रहा हो, तो ब्रह्मचारियों से सावधान खङे रहने की अपेक्षा की जाती है।When the national anthem is being played at a function, celibates are expected to stand at attention.
7. गुरुकुल के किसी भी नियम के उल्लंघन से संबंधित मामलों में प्रधानाचार्य का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।The decision of the Principal in matters relating to violation of any rule of the Gurukul will be final.
8.कोई भी ब्रह्मचारी शिक्षक की सहमति के बिना कक्षा में प्रवेश नहीं करेगा और ना कक्षा छोड़ेगा। No celibate will enter or leave the class without the consent of the teacher.
9.ब्रह्मचारियों को गुरुकुल भवन, फर्नीचर या उपकरण को किसी भी तरह से नुकसान पहुंचाने की अपेक्षा नहीं की जाती।अगर कोई ब्रह्मचारी ऐसा करता है तो क्षतिपूर्ति छात्र या सामूहिक रूप से पूरी कक्षा से वसूल की जाएगी। Brahmacharis are not expected to cause any damage to the Gurukul building, furniture or equipment. If any Brahmachari does so, compensation will be recovered from the student or the entire class collectively.
10. ब्रह्मचारियों को प्रतिदिन कक्षा में अपनी डायरी और आईडी कार्ड लाना होगा।Brahmacharis must bring their diary and ID card to class every day.
11. ब्रह्मचारियों को पाठ्यपुस्तकों और किताबों को इटैलिक शीट से कवर करना होगा और उन पर साफ-साफ लेबल लगाना होगा। अन्य सभी वस्तुओं पर भी अपना नाम लिखना होगा। Brahmacharis will have to cover textbooks and books with italic sheets and clearly label them. Your name will have to be written on all other items also.
12. ब्रह्मचारी गुरुकुल परिसर और उसके आसपास स्वच्छता बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।Brahmacharis are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around the Gurukul premises.
13. किसी भी सामान या धन की हानि के लिए गुरुकुल जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। Gurukul will not be responsible for any loss of goods or money.
14. ब्रह्मचारियों को कोई भी वस्तु ना ही तो उधार देनी है, औऱ ना ही उधार नहीं लेनी है। Brahmacharis should neither lend nor borrow anything.
15. ब्रह्मचारियों को गुरुकुल की सभी सह-पाठ्यचर्या और पाठ्येतर गतिविधियों में भाग लेना होगा। Brahmacharis have to participate in all co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the Gurukul.
16. ब्रह्मचारियों को उनकी उम्र और कक्षा के अनुसार हॉस्टल में कमरे आवंटित किए जाएंगे। Brahmacharis will be allotted rooms in hostels according to their age and class.
17. ब्रह्मचारियों को गुरुकुल द्वारा प्रदान की गई सूची के अनुसार कपड़े और अन्य आवश्यक चीजें लानी होंगी।Brahmacharis must bring clothes and other necessary things as per the list provided by the Gurukul.
18. कपड़ों को लेबल और सूचीबद्ध करना होगा। Clothing must be labeled and cataloged.
19. ब्रह्मचारियों को हमेशा समय का पाबंद रहना होगा और गुरुकुल के अनुशासन का पालन करना होगा। Brahmacharis will always have to be punctual and follow the discipline of the Gurukul.
20. ब्रह्मचारियों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे अध्ययन के समय का लाभप्रद उपयोग करेंगे और अध्ययन कक्ष/अध्ययन कक्षों में सख्त शांति बनाए रखेंगे। Brahmacharis are expected to make productive use of study time and maintain strict silence in the study room/s.
21. ब्रह्मचारियों को हास्टल के अन्य कमरों में जाने या रहने की अनुमति नहीं है।Celibates are not allowed to visit or stay in other rooms of the hostel.
22. बोर्डिंग में मोबाइल फोन और अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट की अनुमति नहीं है, पकड़े जाने सख्त अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी एवं दस हजार का जुर्माना भी भरना होगा।Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed in boarding, if caught, strict disciplinary action will be taken and a fine of Rs 10,000 will also have to be paid.

Parents withdrawing their child during the currency of a Term will not be entitled to an able refund of the fee.
Parents who decide to discontinue the education of a child from the next term must give due notice in writing to reach the Principal not less than 60 days before the start of the next term. Failing this, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Any disputes or claims of any nature whatsoever will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kaithal (Haryana) Courts alone.
